SCC CEA-608 Closed Caption File Codes
SCC files are written in hexadecimal numbers. SCC stands for Scenarist Closed Captions. SCC closed caption files are easily converted to MCC CEA-608/708 closed caption files. Does this horizontal padding between lines make my captions look gawky? JW Player 7 0 1 platform
Not sure why this is happening, but a few months ago captions posted to AWS and played on JW Player started getting positioned with this blank black space positioned between and .
