SCC files are written in hexadecimal numbers. SCC stands for Scenarist Closed Captions.
SCC closed caption files are easily converted to MCC CEA-608/708 closed caption files.
For troubleshooting, convert SCC file to txt file and start converting the four-digit codes to commands, letters, and numbers.
