A non-profit 501c3 organization called The Closed Captioning Project is dedicated to providing high-quality closed captions and to educating people about the differences between AI auto-generated speech-to-text captions and captions written by a trained human. The Closed Captioning Project does a good job contrasting robocaptioning and human captioning.
